At Integrity Sales & Auction, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below before submitting a return request.Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Returns are only accepted for new products that have not been used or altered.
We do not accept returns on used or auctioned items.
Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days of submission.
To initiate a return, please contact us at (715)443-5000 with the order number, a description of the defect (if applicable), and supporting images if needed.
Return Approval & Next Steps
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return shipping details.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, Replacements & Fees
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund or replacement status.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
If a replacement is preferred and available, we will ship a replacement product upon return approval.
There are no restocking fees for accepted returns.
Returns must be processed in-store.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible products.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or modifications.
Auctioned or pre-owned items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
