After 30 years in business, Larry of Chippewa Valley Equipment is retiring and will be selling his inventory at auction in Holcombe,WI. There will be over 100 pieces of equipment as well as attachments and other misc. items. Among the equipment will be 22 dozers & tracked loaders, 8 skid steers, 12 wheel loaders, 5 tractor loader/backhoes, 13 tractors, excavators, graders, trucks, trailers, forestry equipment and much more. Dozers include a Deere 850J, Deere 700J, Caterpillar D6H and several other dozers and tracked loaders. Loaders include Caterpillar 950s, 920s & 930, Case 621B, Volvo L90C and other wheel loaders. Keep an eye on this listing, we will continue to make updates as the sale date approches. 

Buyer's Premium: 10%. 5.5% State Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

The credit card used for registration will be charged the day following the auction unless you specifically email us at office@integritysales.com ahead of time to arrange for different payment.

All items must be removed by Friday, June 17th, 2022.

Full settlement is due on the day of sale for on-site bidders.

No items may be removed without check with bank letter of guarantee, wire transfer or payment by cash or credit card.

A letter of guarantee is NOT a statement of availability of funds. It must state that your bank guarantees the check you are writing for the amount or above the amount you are writing and that the check is irrevocable.

Accepted Payments Are Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check/Money Order, Personal/ Business Check with bank letter of guarantee, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (3.5% Fee Applies to Credit Card Purchases).

All bids are final. All items are sold as is / where is, buyer is responsible for disassembly and removal of items. Inspection prior to bidding is recommended and available. These Terms and Conditions constitute a CONTRACT between you, the bidder, and us, the Auctioneer. Do not submit any bids unless you understand and agree to ALL terms of this contract. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All bidders and others participating in this auction agree that they have read these terms and agree to be bound by and abide by these terms thereby. All property is sold as is, where is, without any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WITHOUT RESERVE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or REFUSALS. As the highest bidder, you are the buyer and are bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement and sale. Bidder and his or her agents and employees agree to assume all risks of damage to person or property. Bidder acknowledges that Integrity Sales & Auction LLC does not have any responsibility or liability for the website(s) used for Internet bidding. Seller acknowledges that Integrity Sales & Auction LLC may not have any control over the website(s) and cannot guarantee its operation or performance. There are occasional interruptions and delays relating to the use of the Internet and the Website. Furthermore, Integrity Sales & Auction LLC shall not be held liable (for lost profits or special damages) or responsible for the function of the website or its inability to function. Buyer acknowledges that hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, viruses, and similar issues do occur and are beyond the knowledge, scope, and control of Integrity Sales & Auction LLC.  Integrity Sales & Auction LLC reserves the right to deny any person for any reason permission or access to bid. 

Bidder and his or her agents and employees specifically release and forever indemnify Auctioneer, its employees, agents, and assigns, from any liability and causes of action. In no event shall a bidder or buyer hold the Auctioneer responsible for having made or implied any warranty or merchantability or fitness for any specific purpose. The Auctioneer is acting solely as the agent for the Seller(s) and is not responsible for any acts or omissions of its principals. The Auctioneer shall assume no liability for representations made, or information provided by the Seller(s). The Auctioneer does NOT inspect equipment and makes no claim as to the condition of any vehicles or equipment. Some equipment may be described as started or ran. This is for informational purposes only and is a representation of a past occurrence. There is no warranty or guaranty that the equipment will start or run again. Bidders should not make buying purchases based on this information. Years, descriptions, makes, models, hours, miles, and other advertised information are not guaranteed. The Bidder acknowledges and accepts that the Auctioneer shall, without prejudice, accept no liability in respect of any alleged or actual error(s) and/or omission(s).  Bidders must bid based on their own pre-auction inspection of all items. Neither the Auction Company nor its principals shall be liable for any defect in or condition of premises on which the auction is held. Auctioneer may bid on behalf of absentee bids and/or itself. Owner's and Owner's employees may bid on all items in the auction. Should you allow others to bid under your number, you will be fully responsible for all bids they make as though you made them yourself. Removal of any and all items shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. The Seller and the Auctioneer reserve the right to withdraw items from sale before or during the auction without prior notice. Persons attending the preview or inspection period, auction or during the removal period assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property, and release the Auctioneer and the Auction Company from liability thereof. No items may be removed without payment by check with bank letter of guarantee, wire transfer, cash, or credit card. Check payments without bank letter of guarantee must clear the bank before items can be removed from site. All items must be removed from the sale site within 7 days of the auction date. Items left 9 days after the auction date will have a fee of $25 per item per day. Items not removed within 21 days after the auction date will be considered abandoned, without refund or recourse to the bidder, unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by buyer and Auctioneer. Bidder accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the Auctioneer free from any liability including theft of items. By participating in this auction, you agree to pay the removal costs of any unclaimed items that you won in the auction. In the event bidder fails to pay in full within 8 days of the auction, the bidder/buyer agrees to indemnify the owner and/or Auctioneer against all loss or damage upon sale, together with cost and expense thereof, including attorney's fees, and agrees to pay the Auctioneer interest of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. The bidder / buyer agrees to reimburse the Auctioneer for all expenses incurred in the collection of any unsatisfied debt in conjunction with this auction. Auctioneer reserves right to repossess any items in the event of non-payment due to a bad check. Any disputes resulting in legal matters shall be addressed in Lincoln County Circuit Court. By registering for any auction, the bidder agrees to be added to the Auctioneer's email list. Payment is due to the Auction Company within Forty-eight (48) hours of the conclusion of the auction.
